Rachael L. Shinoskie, Esq., of Linzer & Associates, P.C., was recently appointed by the American Bar Association's ("ABA") Young Lawyer's Division (YLD) to serve as Liaison to the ABA's Forum on Entertainment & Sports Industries. Ms. Shinoskie's appointment is a 2 year commitment during which time she will serve as a conduit for information between the ABA's Forum on Entertainment & Sports Industries and the ABA YLD's Entertainment & Sports Industries Committee.

Prior to Ms. Shinoskie's appointment as Liaison, she served as the Chair of the ABA YLD's Entertainment & Sports Industries Committee for 2010 -2011, and as the Vice Chair of the ABA YLD's Entertainment & Sports Industries Committee for 2009 - 2011. Ms. Shinoskie is very excited to assume her new position within the ABA and strongly encourages attorneys interested in entertainment and sports law to become involved in either the ABA's Forum on Entertainment & Sports Industries or the ABA YLD's Entertainment & Sports Industries Committee.
