Prior to joining Linzer & Associates, P.C., Ms. Weiner had been a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Dean Pregerson, U.S. District Court for the Central District, Los Angeles, CA, during the fall of 2009. Prior to that, Ms. Weiner had been a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Arthur Alarcón, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Los Angeles, CA during the summer of 2008. Ms. Weiner received her J.D. degree from UCLA School of Law in 2010, where she was an Articles Editor after having been a Staff Editor of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review, and a Staff Member of the UCLA Journal of International Law & Foreign Affairs. Ms. Weiner was also a Board Member of the Public Interest Law Fund Auction and Captain of the UCLA Water Ski & Wakeboard Team. Ms. Weiner received a Masters in Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, IL in 2007. Ms. Weiner received a B.M., summa cum laude in 2005 from University of Florida at New World School of the Arts College Conservatory, Miami, FL.
